Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

This policy applies to purchases made directly through heybmx.com. If you purchased from Amazon, a retail partner, or another authorized BMX retailer, returns, refunds, exchanges, and price adjustments are handled by the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer's policy.

To be eligible for a return through heybmx.com, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with all original accessories, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before they are sent back to us. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Buyer's Remorse and Non-Defective Returns

For returns due to buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is approved, we will send instructions for where and how to send your package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. BMX is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds for non-defective returns are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping fees, expedited shipping fees, and optional services are not refundable.

Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away at support@heybmx.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

If the issue is confirmed, we will make it right. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, refund, or another support-approved resolution.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, BMX may cover return shipping or may resolve the issue through photo/video verification instead of requiring the product to be sent back.

Exchanges

For non-defective exchanges through heybmx.com, such as a different color or model, the original item must be returned and inspected before an exchange is approved.

If you need the new item sooner, the fastest option is to place a new order and return the original item for a refund once it is received and approved.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are separate from 30-day returns. BMX products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

BMX's limited warranty applies to genuine BMX products purchased from heybmx.com, Amazon, or an authorized BMX retailer, as long as you can provide valid proof of purchase.

To start a warranty claim, contact support@heybmx.com with your proof of purchase, the retailer name if not purchased from heybmx.com, a description of the issue, and photos or video showing the problem.

If your claim is approved, BMX may send a replacement product. We reserve the right to request the original product back for inspection, fraud prevention, or recurring defect review, but we do not require every warranty item to be returned.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, secondhand marketplaces, liquidation sellers, or listings that cannot be verified as authorized BMX sales may not be eligible for warranty service.

Battery Safety Issues

If your product is swollen, leaking, smoking, melted, punctured, unusually hot, or physically damaged, stop using it immediately and contact us at support@heybmx.com.

Do not send a potentially unsafe battery product back through a normal return shipment unless BMX support specifically instructs you to do so. We may ask for photos, video, order details, and safe disposal confirmation before providing a resolution.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
