Shipping Policy

BMX currently ships to the United States and Canada from our Anaheim, California fulfillment location.

Available shipping options, rates, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on the shipping address and product in your order.

United States Shipping

U.S. orders currently ship with free standard shipping where available at checkout.

Most U.S. orders are fulfilled by UPS Ground and typically arrive in about 3 to 5 business days after the order is processed. Delivery timing can vary by destination, carrier performance, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.

Some U.S. states, territories, military addresses, PO boxes, or remote locations may not be eligible for every shipping option because of carrier rules and lithium battery shipping restrictions. If a shipping method is not available for your address, checkout will show the available options.

Canada Shipping

Canada orders currently ship by UPS Standard where available at checkout. Shipping rates and transit times are calculated at checkout.

Duties, taxes, and import fees may be calculated at checkout when available. If a charge is not collected at checkout, it may be collected by the carrier or customs authority before delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing may take longer during product launches, holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed on the next business day.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Battery Shipping Restrictions

Because BMX products include lithium battery products, some shipping options may be limited by carrier rules, destination, address type, or local regulations.

Lithium battery products may need to ship by ground service and may not be eligible for air shipping, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain territories.

Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup location, we may issue a refund minus the original shipping cost once the package is received back at our facility.

A reshipment can be arranged upon request when available, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment appears lost, arrives damaged, or shows delivered but cannot be found, contact us at support@heybmx.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, tracking number, and photos of any damage if available.

Preorders and Backordered Items

If your order contains preorder or backordered items, the entire order may ship together once all items are available. Split shipments may be offered at our discretion.

Estimated ship dates for preorder items will be noted on the product page and may change.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.
