Does this dock work with SolidSafe Air?
No. The charging dock is built for SolidSafe 5K and SolidSafe 10K. SolidSafe Air uses a different design and does not fit this dock.
How do I switch between SolidSafe 5K and 10K?
The dock uses removable magnetic plates for alignment. Lift the lid, remove the installed plate, and swap in the plate for the SolidSafe size you want to charge.
Can I choose different colors or capacities?
Not on this kit right now. This bundle ships as configured with five SolidSafe 10K power banks and the 5-Bay Charging Dock.
Does the dock include the power supply?
Yes. The kit includes the dock power supply, so the charging station is ready to use out of the box.
How long does it take to recharge all five?
About 3 hours for all five batteries, depending on how empty they are when you dock them.
