This is not Red, and why does it burn me when I wireless charge? Phone goes into thermal protection. Do you have empirical 3rd party lab audited data to back your claims
I purchased this unit via Kickstarter campaign. After charging the unit the display goes wonky. They agreed to replace it but I haven't heard anything in over two weeks. Please help.

I got three 10k solid state batteries to use in my coat and to use for work when I’m running low. These get used every day and work perfectly. 100% best buy I’ve had for battery packs.
Very impressed with this power bank! I could tell this was solid right from the packaging. The power bank itself is super high quality. I love that it matches my phone and I don’t need to take my phone case off for the magnet to work. The lanyard doubling as a usb-c came in super clutch. Love the LED indicator, very clean. Very surprised at how fast it charges! Im used to wireless charging taking a long time but this is just as fast as the wall charger. Definitely recommend!

Has more weird charging drops than the 5k battery. Overall it works but very inconsistent on the speed of charging.
It's a decent power bank. I have power banks of the same size that charge faster that cost me 1/3 the price. Other than that it works fine.
Great power bank overall. I do wish the battery status would appear more quickly after pressing the button to wake the display, but it's not unbearable by any means. This only typically applies when I've had the power bank tucked away for a while and I want to periodically confirm the current state of charge.
This was a replacement for a defective unit. Smooth easier process with no hoops to jump through for you to send me a working unit.
Perfect size for my purse or travel backpack. Has enough power to charge my phone twice, and still have some power left over.

Had an issue with it the first month. A new one is being sent.
Ordered a couple of these batteries and multi charger because I was pleased with the first one I got. They claim it would arrive by UPS ground within 3-5 business days. It took them a full week to issue the shipping label. UPS claims batteries haven't shipped yet. Unacceptable in this day and age.

At first I thought it was very good, but after 3 months or so, I find the charge in the unit falls to zero after approximately 24-30 hours so I have to leave the charge cable connected continuously. This makes it a stationary charging pad, and means I can't take it with me for on the go usage. Gary
Feel safer with solid safe backup banks, especially with hurricane season. The docking station is such a great way to organize the 3 banks I got.

The battery power packs are nice, but they take a long time to recharge from about 30 - 40%. Recharging your phone takes a while, and with a Pixel 10 Pro XL, you can only get 1 full phone charge if your phone is down to 30% or less. You'll not be able to fully charge your phone a second time.
I went through a bunch of cases to make my s25 ultra work with this battery I use the air 5K ones a lot and there's no problem with charging or connectivity. But for some reason the 10k ones have given me an issue on my s25 ultra although they work perfectly with my S 23 ultra. I do use them with the attached ultrafast charge cord and it really does charge up my phone fast I like his power Banks I have five of them

I received my replacement items and everything works great now
While it charges quickly it also discharges too quickly for a 10 MaH battery pack. I think the values are inflated. It also is very hot.

Battery drains way too fast 30 seconds after charging starts it’s already down to 90%. That’s not how it supposed to work. This is the second battery sent to me the first one stopped working the first time I used it. So far I am unimpressed. Bought it through kickstarter

Store owner replied: Thanks for the feedback. Larger phones like the Z Fold line can draw more power, and the listed power-bank capacity is not the same as the exact percentage your phone receives. Some energy is lost during voltage conversion, and wireless charging loses more through heat and alignment than USB-C. For the most efficient charge, use the included USB-C cable. If the unit is draining unusually fast, email support@heybmx.com and we will help check it.
This product was great. The only negative is being harassed repeatedly to write a review. I hope this suffices.
It is ok/good. The pic on the website is misleading. It does not magnetically attach to my Pixel 9 XL Pro. Other reviews indicated similar issue. I like the semi-solid state aspect of it. Much smaller and lighter than my previous litium-ion power bank by a leading competitor. The cable loop cord is clever and helpful since I must rely on the cable connection to top-off my Pixel and other devices (headphones). Traveling soon so hopefully it will perform well.
Love the build, the units Capacity, and the new tech...now to see if that new tech can be applied to electric vehicle batteries...
It simply works. I love the size and speed but more importantly, I know it won't burst into flames! A brake though product!
Great product. Took me a few min to figure out that the handle was also the charging cable, but after that was easy to charge the unit and recharge my devices.
Just received the replacement for the original which became inoperable after the first use. I haven’t used the replacement that I’ll be. It doesn’t become inoperable after its first use again. I was treated well with by the Customer Service who quickly sent me a replacement unit.
