Right out of the box, it’s easy to use. Am so happy I purchased this charger. It does not take up any space in my backpack and is lightweight too. This will make traveling much easier!
The battery requires 17.5 watt-hr to bring to full but only delivers 11.5 watt-hr to the load during charge. I have 2 and they both work the same way. Not quite the 19 watt-hr they are marked

Some energy is lost during voltage conversion, and wireless charging loses more through heat and alignment than USB-C. I have been using the 5k version over the last couple weeks and absolutely love the product. Here are some of the highlights for me: It is very useful friendly - just magnetize to the back of my phone and go! I have regularly used the charger traveling and it has made me forget about running out of power. It’s much lighter and slimmer than other battery products. I can put it in my pocket easily or store in my backpack and go! The LED screen provides updates and makes it easy to track charging activity and remaining power. The colors are very cool (I got 3 different ones) and the attached cord / wrist band is a nice touch. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase!
They are super light and thin which is perfect for on the move charging, plus the multi charging dock is really convenient right now my family is using the other two I have. it’s also convenient that it shows the wattage and charge level with a press of a button,10/10 recommend.

The size cannot be beat, nor can the convenience of the integrated plug for a faster charge up than just mag safe. It does heat the phone up while charging, though. Would definitely buy again and give as a gift, just know about the heat issue so it doesn't surprise you.
Unit stopped working and charging. Tried holding the button to reset but nothing is working.

It provides less than a half charge to my cell phone, really below what was expected
The perfect size and makeup of an effective EDC backup battery. The 10k is perfect for travel but this size is my go to. The solid state technology makes me more comfortable carrying it everywhere without big safety concerns.
Fantastic customer service, battery is super light
Wireless charging worked great at first with 15 watt output. Now, it charges at 7-8 watts. Tried with multiple phones. Wired charging has also slowed to 10-11 watt rate. The battery pack still works but disappointed with the reduced charging output.

I gave it 4 stars only because it doesn't fully charge (100%) my phone if it's down below 20%. Other than that I like the lightness and size. I also like the security of knowing that it won't blow up. I plan on ordering the larger capacity (which I should have done to begin with). But for short flights and only needing to keep my phone going to connect with rides it works.

I got the 5k SOLIDSTATE power bank and I am very pleased with it. It works great, but I wish I had purchased the 10K bank as the 5k goes to almost 0 battery after fully charging my phone. Overall, it is a great product.

Very durable construction, and they charge my pixel 10 pro fold reliably, and are fast to charge in the dock. Having three means I usually use two with a spare on hand due to my heavy device usage.
It works fine. A bit slow charging but not unreasonable. Display window is helpful
Sent it back. Does not work through a phone case.

The most reliable wireless fit is with a magnetic-compatible case or no case, and the included USB-C cable is the best fallback when a case gets in the way.
I can’t say personally because it was a gift, but I did get great feedback from the recipient.
This was a gift. I can only say what the receiver has said rather than a firsthand account. He has told me he really likes it a lot. He’s using it daily and appreciates the gift. So what I have heard from him is, he thinks the battery is terrific.
Poor Q2 charging, poor USB C supplied cable charging. On a Google Pixel 10 XL with 20 percent with a fully charged battery. Could only change the phone to 67 percent in over 40 minutes. Flat to full battery recharge took over a hour. I don't recommend this battery.

I like the safety of solid-state. The display is excellent. Performance is good. BMX service is excellent.

Q2 charging is extremely disappointing. A dismal 4 watts. Using the USB cable 15 watts. Recharging is also very poor 15 watts from a 67 watt charging block using a 100 watt cable. I suggest looking elsewhere for a Q2 Battery.
