The best MagSafe power bank in 2026 is the BMX SolidSafe Air 10K ($79.99). It gives a new iPhone its full 25W wireless speed and about two charges of power, in a 13mm titanium body slim enough that you actually carry it. Want something thinner? The 6.8mm SolidSafe Air 5K ($59.99) is the pick.
Something changed this year, and most MagSafe lists haven't noticed. A new iPhone 18 Pro can take 25W through its back. Most packs bought a couple of phones ago give it 15W. It still snaps on, it still charges, and it quietly runs at the slower number, like a sports car stuck behind a tractor on a one-lane road.
What should you look for in a MagSafe power bank in 2026?
Three things, in this order.
- Speed: look for Qi2.2 or Qi2 25W. Apple lists MagSafe and Qi2 charging up to 25W on the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max. An iPhone 15 Pro took 15W. The slower side sets the speed, so a 15W pack on an 18 Pro is a 15W charge. A box that just says "Qi2" or "MagSafe compatible" may stop at 15W.
- Slimness: thickness decides whether it comes with you. 10,000mAh is about two phone charges. Most 25W 10,000mAh packs in the table below are 18 to 21mm thick, and a pack that thick tends to live in a drawer, where it charges nothing.
- Safety and materials: what is inside, and what it is wrapped in. Liquid electrolyte is the flammable part of a conventional lithium-ion cell. Semi-solid-state cells use significantly less of it, which helps reduce fire risk in something pressed against your phone all day. A metal body, like titanium, keeps a thin pack tough and helps spread heat.

Why the Air 10K is the best MagSafe power bank for iPhone right now
The Air 10K puts 10,000mAh in 13mm, about as slim as a Sharpie, at 191.3g. A pack slim enough to leave on the phone is a pack that is there at 4 p.m.
Snap it on and it charges at 25W Qi2.2. Plug in the USB-C cable from the box and it does 30W wired, and the pack itself recharges at up to 27W.
Why titanium? It keeps a body that thin light and tough, and it helps dissipate heat. Why semi-solid-state? The cells use significantly less liquid electrolyte than conventional lithium-ion, which helps reduce fire risk. At 38.5Wh it sits under the 100Wh carry-on limit, and it is CCC certified for travel in China.

Need a top-up, not two charges? Carry the Air 5K
Some days you don't need two charges. You need enough to get home, in something you forget is there. The Air 5K is 6.8mm of titanium holding 5,000mAh, with Qi2 magnetic wireless up to 15W and 20W over USB-C. It won a TechRadar Pro Picks 2026 award.
It is 15W, not 25W, so on a new Pro it charges at the slower speed.
Which MagSafe power bank fits a new iPhone 18 Pro?
The Air 10K. It is 69.6mm wide, so it sits inside the 18 Pro's 71.9mm edges and well inside the 78.0mm Pro Max, and its 25W matches the phone's 25W. Our best power bank for iPhone 18 Pro guide ranks every pack by width against the phone.
Bought an iPhone Duo? A square pack meant for a slab phone is the wrong shape for it. The SolidSafe Duo ($79.99) is the world's first power bank built specifically for iPhone Duo, with 15W magnetic wireless and 20W USB-C. The best power bank for iPhone Duo guide explains why shape matters on a folding phone.
Want a screen that shows live watts and a USB-C cable built into the pack? The SolidSafe 10K ($79.99) and SolidSafe 5K ($59.99) do that, at 15W magnetic.
